Hi there,
I'm Sophie.
I'm an experienced psychologist passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and adults through life’s challenges. Whether you're navigating anxiety, behavioural difficulties, or the impact of past trauma experiences, I provide a compassionate and tailored approach to help you feel heard and supported.

I use a range of evidence-based therapies, including EMDR, CBT and play-based approaches, to create a safe and effective space for healing and growth. I also offer ADHD assessments, learning assessments and cognitive assessments for both children and adults to help uncover strengths and provide clarity.
