Individual Therapy

Working from a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approach, this type of therapy is an individualized and targeted approach. CBT is focused on helping individuals to identify unhelpful patterns of thoughts and behaviours that are contributing to their presenting problems and re-learn more adaptive skills and habits.

Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT)

PCIT is designed to support parents with managing defiant and oppositional behaviours in children aged 2 - 7 years. PCIT is a play-based approach that works by the therapist coaching the parent to interact with their child using real-time feedback.

EMDR

EMDR focuses on helping people to reduce the distress they experience from upsetting life events. EMDR uses eye movements (or bilateral stimulation) as one part of treatment sessions to help reduce the experience of distress and allow the brain to process things more adaptively.
